SMS and Email Consent


By logging in and using this portal service, you consent to receive notifications at any method of contact which you have provided. This includes email addresses, telephone numbers, and mobile numbers capable of SMS messaging.

Opt Out

To opt-out of receiving email or SMS messages, navigate to the Resident > User Profile. Select the contact record to opt-out, then choose Edit. Select the Opt Out radio button then select Update.

Exploring Your Community Portal

  • Once logged in, the Help Panel will assist you in exploring all of the capabilities Client Connect has to offer.
  • You can create your own custom dashboard with a theme of your choice and applications you would like to utilize each time you log in.
  • Please note that you must Log Out to Save your Dashboard Settings.
